What is Super Candy Shop?
We sell a wide variety of candies, mostly from Asian manufacturers. At this time, the majority of our offerings are from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Our flagship service is our candy subscription service, where each month we carefully curate a delicious pack of snacks and candies to be shipped to our subscribers. These subscriptions are a great way to get a taste of all the interesting and unique flavors that Asian candies has to offer. Often, we are able to get our hands on some limited edition products that are exclusively available in certain parts of the world and these are typically only included in our monthly boxes (they are unlikely to be available for sale in our catalog due to limited availability).
We have a few different options for candy subscriptions all of which offer great value as we always aim to pack every box with as much delicious goodies as possible. We guarantee you will not find better value candy boxes out there!
For our candy box subscriptions, we charge customers on the 7th of each month and ship on the last week of each month.
If you begin your subscription after the 7th, we will ship you a box that same month as well. We will begin charging you on the 7th for subsequent shipments.
Orders for individual candies are shipped whenever orders are placed.
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all of our products. We currently ship from our Singapore fulfillment center, using Singapore Post surface mail.
By default, we ship via least cost method in order to maximize the value of our box contents. However, for customers who wish for a peace of mind, trackable packages are available as well.
You can cancel anytime. Just login to My Account, click on Subscriptions, and click cancel for the subscriptions you wish to discontinue.
For all shipments with tracking, we guarantee that any lost or damaged shipment will be reshipped in the event of package loss (verified by tracking).
For all shipments without tracking, we can provide a video and photo proof of shipments. We are unable to provide guarantees for untracked shipments.
We currently do not offer cash refunds once the shipment has left our facility.
